  • Pro Plan – HD quality streaming with access to 20,000+ channels
  • Premium Plan – 4K UHD quality streaming with access to 80,000+ channels

Each plan is available in 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year durations.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must provide accurate and complete information when purchasing a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

All subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full subscription fee for your selected plan and duration. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription start date, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. Refund requests made after 7 days from the subscription start date will not be honored.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Share your account credentials with any third party
  • Use the service for any commercial redistribution or resale
  • Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations of the service
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, upgrades, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and notify users in advance when possible.

8. Simultaneous Connections

Each subscription permits one (1) simultaneous connection. Using your subscription credentials on more than one device at the same time is not permitted and may result in suspension of your account.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. In the event of termination due to a violation, no refund will be issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

My IPTV Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the most recent billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
